Product Description

This product is made of high-purity heat-conducting alumina modified by advanced technology and special process. Compared with ordinary heat-conducting alumina, this product has the following characteristics:

1. High filling capacity. After surface treatment, the product has low oil absorption, good fluidity and high filling capacity.

2. Excellent processing performance. After surface treatment, the powder has good dispersibility, fluidity and processability in silicone rubber and plastics.

3. Good mechanical properties. After surface treatment, the powder has good dispersibility and compatibility in silicone rubber and plastics, therefore, it has good mechanical properties.

Typical usages

It is used in heat-conducting ceramics, heat-conducting plastics, heat-conducting silicone rubber (including heat-conducting silicone gasket, heat-conducting sealing adhesive, heat-conducting double-sided adhesive, heat-conducting silicone grease), heat-conducting grease adhesive, epoxy resin sealing adhesive, etc.

Storage and transportation

1. This product shall be sealed and stored in a dry, cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent the powder from contacting the moisture in the air. The storage period can be up to 18 months.

2. As a kind of non-dangerous goods, this product can be transported as general chemicals. It shall be waterproof and moistureproof during transportation, and handled lightly to prevent damage to the package. It shall not transported together with strong acids and strong oxidants.
