It is used in heat-conducting ceramics, heat-conducting plastics, heat-conducting silicone rubber (including heat-conducting silicone gasket, heat-conducting sealing adhesive, heat-conducting double-sided adhesive, heat-conducting silicone grease), thermal grease adhesive, epoxy resin sealing adhesive, etc.

Storage and transportation

1. This product shall be sealed and stored in a dry, cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent the powder from contacting the moisture in the air. The storage period can be up to 18 months.

2. As a kind of non-dangerous goods, this product can be transported as general chemicals. It shall be waterproof and moistureproof during transportation, and handled lightly to prevent damage to the package. It shall not transported together with strong acids and strong oxidants.
